Tick Tock

Old fashioned clock
Old fashioned dock
Old fashioned block
not hardly a single wannabee
rock, I am wearing an old man
summarized sock.
I was dressed up in springless
clothes, a medium sizeable
Minnesota hat, the time was
tick tock really fast and quick
in hand, right on the sandbox
filled with poetic words.
Old fashioned clock
Old fashioned dock
Old fashioned block
I can wait to go back to work
I can wait to see the adventure
beneath my eye.
find some little love, take it above
the light, way up high to seek the
bright of color in the sky of blue.
Old fashioned clock
Old fashioned dock
Old fashioned block
